April 25, 2018 at Fayerweather Hall 310, for a talk by award-winning lecturer Dr. Binyomin Abrams, PhD, a senior professor at Boston University's department of chemistry, addressing the issues of being a Jewish professional in a non-Jewish world, and the interplay between science and Judaism. 

    Dr. Binyomin Abrams  pursued his BA and MS at Rensselaer Polytechnic in Troy, NY, followed by his PhD at NYU. As a lecturer in BU's department of chemistry, he the Templeton Award for student advising as well as the prestigious Metcalf Prize for Excellence in Teaching - the highest award given at the University.
